Minutes of Wiveton Parish Council Meeting held on Tuesday 22^nd April 2008 at 7.30pm

Declarations of Interest There were no declarations of interest.

1 Minutes

The Minutes of the last meeting held on the 18^th March 2008 having been distributed in advance were approved as a true record and signed by the Chairman.

2 Matters Arising

2:1 Affordable Housing No further progress to report.

2:3 Signage The Chairman informed the Councillors that he has supplied East Coast Casting Co Limited with a specification of the signage. The pattern will cost £221.00 and each sign will cost £120. As soon as a template s ready for inspection and approved by the Councillors the order will be placed.

2:4 Flood Warning / Consultation Report

The date for the meeting re the flood warning review is still to be agreed.

The following expenditure was approved by the Councillors

Public Works Loan Board £267.82

5 Planning

Wiveton Hall Farm, Marsh Lane – Variation of Condition 6 of planning permission 20061710 to remove requirement for planting of hedge and trees. - Permission for the development has been Approved.

Annual General Meeting The Clerk will produce notices to be distributed to every household in the village to advertise the Annual Report to Parishioners on Tuesday 20^th May. The Chairman will invite the various organisations to present a report if they wished at the meeting.
